All residents of Bald Rock who have built a home on their property automatically are included under the bulk contract that the Bald Rock POA has with Altice USA. The broadband internet service provides a full symmetrical gigabit (1,000 mbs) to the home. The cost of the service is $125 per month and that cost is included in the annual assessments to each homeowner. Additional services like telephone service, cable streaming options etc. will be available as well based on the desire of any individual homeowner and the cost of those services will be billed to the individual homeowner by Altice.
